Drift and crawl on dedicated surfaces: 1/10 drift, 1/10 and 1/18 crawl courses.
An RC construction pit: run excavators and dump trucks on the house fleet, or bring your own machine.
Member lockers with charging, so your cars live at the clubhouse and you just show up.
Beer, wine and simple food as the social hub, for drivers and the people who come with them.
Organized racing and comps as it grows. Electric only.

Picture it: come in after work, grab a beer, load a dump truck with the house excavator, finish the beer, pull your drift car out of your locker and hit the floor.
